Welcome to GreenAcres

GreenAcres Rainford Volunteers Hard at Work

Thursday 13th August 2015

GreenAcres – Rainford would like to say a big thank you to our volunteers Tony Higgins and John Barlow.

Both have given their time to support the park at numerous events and to assist with landscaping projects, Tony Higgins has helped with a range of internal and external events, as well as planting trees and cutting the vast swathes of grass we have here at the park. Tony has very much become part of the team and we feel extremely lucky to have had his support for as long as we have.

John Barlow has been invaluable to us, from assisting at our Woodland Explorer event in spring, to being an active member of the team during our annual Working Woodland Day, and more recently helping the woodland team with the landscaping.

Our jobs would be a lot harder without their continued support, so thank you so much to John and Tony for all that you do, it is very much appreciated.

From the team at GreenAcres – Rainford!
